We blended sweet Mission figs and vanilla to our Barrel Aged balsamic to create a sweet yet subtle flavor. This fat free vinegar can be drizzled on fresh fruit, basted on beef or used to marinate pork tenderloin. Delicious as a salad dressing and over ice cream!!
